Thanks for making our house sale a success!

Marcy always listened and made sure that we felt comfortable with what she was presenting to us.  She also did an excellent job researching the current home market and arriving at a great sales price for our home.  Her dedication did not stop there.  Marcy continously kept us up to date on all the showings of our home and also provided her expert opinion on how the showings were proceeding.  These uppdates also included comments from all propective buyers.  This was especially helpful and allowed us to make minor adjustments to help in the sale of our home.  When it came time to ultimately sell our home, Marcy was extremely throrough in explaining the sale process from start to finish.  She was truly "our agent" and did everything possible to benefit us.  Her careful negotiation with the buyer's realtor was key to getting the contract we desired.  Marcy is a very consciencious and able realtor and it was a great pleasure dealing with her.  I know she has what it takes to make anyone's next home sale or purchase a success.

With the closing of our very first home being only one day away, we wanted to thank you for making this journey unbelievably smooth.  Being young first time buyers, we really didn’t know much about the real estate market, nor even where to really begin looking for our new home.  So, we began our “house hunting” by simply looking for homes on the internet.  It seemed like every house we came across was already “under contract”.   We then found another house that we were very interested and there your picture was on the website!  At that time we still did not have a realtor, so we called and left a message, and in typical “Marcy” fashion you returned our call immediately!  It was then that we began to form our relationship!

The house that we were initially interested in turned out to also be “under contract”, so Marcy worked with us to find the perfect house for us based on the specific criteria that we provided (location, purchase price, etc.).  Marcy would send us listings daily and she ALWAYS made herself available for questions/showings regardless of the time.  She found another house for us that we fell in love with and actually made an offer.  As luck would have it we wound up being out bid by another couple.  We were devastated…but we can remember Marcy telling us “just wait until you find the perfect house, and you will look back on this situation and be glad that it didn’t work out for you guys”.  She was absolutely right!

One week later we found our house that we are closing on in one day!  We are so glad that the other deal fell through!!! We can’t say enough good things about Marcy!  She is very knowledgeable about the business and she has such a warm, sincere, bubbly personality!  From the time we met Marcy, we knew that we could trust her!!! Marcy was GREAT at keeping us updated, rather it be through daily e-mail and/or phone calls.  She referred us to an EXCELLENT lawyer, as well as inspector.  We feel like we didn’t just gain a great real estate agent… we feel as though we’ve gained a new friend, with whom we will definitely keep in touch with and also refer new clients to, and also invite to our wedding J

We’re not even in our first house yet, but we know when we are ready to look for our next home there’s no question who we will do business with!  Thanks again Marcy for all of your hard work and dedication in helping us find our first dream home!!!  We can’t thank you enough!
